Places on courses and workshops cannot be reserved without payment and are payable in advance at the point of booking online, using Paypal or a card payment.

In order to maintain the viability of our courses and to ensure that they remain manageable, please note the following:
Refunds cannot be made for missed sessions on courses of group classes
Missed classes cannot be swapped for other sessions or carried over to future courses

Refunds may be made only if cancellation is made in advance of a course start date, workshop or private tuition session i.e.

If we have to cancel a course or session an alternative date will be offered or a full refund paid.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN PATTERN AND MATERIALS?
Yes, you need to provide your own pattern and materials for courses and workshops although some workshops have the pattern included.
WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH OTHERS IN THE CLASS?
In regular classes, everyone works on their individual garments at their own pace, so there is no pressure to keep up with others
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

DOES MY MACHINE NEED A PAT TEST?
If it is over 1 year old, this needs to be done. Peter Booth Electrical located on Stafford Road, Newport is able to help with this at a cost of £5 per item. Peter can be contacted on 01952 820004 or info@pboothelectrical.com
DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE A SEWING MACHINE TO ATTEND A WORKSHOP?
You do need to have basic skills in using a sewing machine to attend most workshops. Tuition is available for this if needed.
DO I NEED TO BRING A SEWING MACHINE?
Preferably yes. By using your own machine you learn how to use all of its features and really get to know what it can do. Some machines are available to borrow if needed.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING EACH COURSE OR WORKSHOP?
Our courses and workshops will be attended by up to 6 or 7 students so that we can give you as much time and attention as you need
CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE PLACE?
You can book online for up to 2 students at a time. If you wish to book more spaces, or want to enquire about a group session, please contact Catherine directly to arrange this.
