We do not collect any sensitive data. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership or any other defined a such sensitive data.

From time to time, and only with your consent, we may send you news and marketing information about Love Dressmaking. You can unsubscribe from our marketing material at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
We will also use your personal data to contact you with regards to a transaction or order that you have requested or processed.
Our website does use cookies to track your use of our website. This information is used for analytical purposes only so that we can monitor and enhance the user experience of our websites. You have the right of access to the data that we hold about you and to receive a copy of the personal data file. If you require a copy of the data that we hold please send a written request either by email or post to the contact details stated above. We are unable to process verbal requests.
If you do not wish personal data that we hold about you to be disclosed or used in the way that is described in this Code of Practice, please discuss the matter with Love Dressmaking.
8. Deleting your personal data
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request that the personal data we hold for you is deleted at any time. In order to request your details be deleted, please send a written request either by email or post to the contact details stated above. We are unable to process verbal requests. We will process your request within 30 days.
